As a client engaging our services, you agree to the following responsibilities:

We rely on the information you provide and are not responsible for errors or omissions resulting from inaccurate or incomplete client data.
• Cooperation: You agree to cooperate fully and promptly with all reasonable requests from our team to facilitate the efficient delivery of services.
• Review: You agree to promptly review all work product, tax returns, or documents we prepare and notify us of any concerns or necessary corrections.
• Service Agreement: All fees for our professional services will be outlined in a separate, written Service Agreement or engagement letter provided to you upon confirming the scope of work.
• Payment Terms: You agree to pay all invoices according to the terms specified in the Service Agreement. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of services.
• Consultation: While initial consultations may be free, all professional services are provided on a fee-for-service basis.

AIS FIRM is a financial and professional services firm, NOT a law firm. We do not employ licensed attorneys to provide legal counsel.
• We cannot and do not offer legal advice, interpretation of law, or legal opinions for any matter, including corporate structure, contracts, or immigration cases.
• We recommend that you consult with a qualified, licensed attorney for all legal matters.
B. Immigration Document Preparation
Our immigration service is strictly limited to Immigration Document Preparation.
• We are solely a document preparer and clerical service provider.
• We cannot select forms, advise you on which forms to file, represent you before any immigration authority (USCIS, etc.), or provide any legal recommendation regarding your case.
• By engaging us for document preparation, you acknowledge that you are seeking clerical assistance to prepare forms based on your instructions and information, and not legal guidance.
• Our Content: All content on the AIS FIRM website, including text, logos, graphics, service descriptions, and layout, is the property of AIS FIRM and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our website content without our express written permission.
• Client Data: Any financial or business data you provide to us remains your property. We retain the right to use our work product, processes, and methodologies in providing services to others.
• By You: You may terminate our services at any time by providing written notice to us, subject to any outstanding payment obligations outlined in your Service Agreement.
• By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that our professional relationship has become untenable. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for services rendered will become immediately due and payable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIS FIRM, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use the services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in your data or documentation provided to us. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services we provide will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service in question during the immediately preceding three (3) months.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled in the courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
